Zeta Potential Monitor Installation

Our multi-disciplined engineering team have just completed their first install of the Malvern Zetasizer WT on a water treatment plant in the North West.

Malvern Instruments engaged Processplus to complete the mechanical installation, the electrical installation and the full commissioning of their Zetasizer WT. The Zetasizer provides a fully automated online sensor for continuous zeta potential monitoring that enables proactive, precise and cost efficient control of the charge neautralization processes on the plant.

The instrument was housed in a GRP kiosk, with an inlet hose to the pump and drainage hose from the kiosk. Sample water to the pump was taken and the connection to the power source was established for both the Zetasizer and sample pump.
