Scott Sinclair
Managing DirectorScott stepped into the role as Managing Director in January 2017 with over 30+ years engineering experience. His career started with Processplus in 2001 as a Support Engineer. In 2008 he was involved in a management buyout with Tom and became a shareholder. In 2010 he was appointed Engineering Director. Scott’s vision and values for the business are in line with Tom’s wishes.
Laura McLeod
Company SecretaryLaura is Company Secretary and one of the founding members of the Management Team. She is responsible for the general operational management of the business including accounting and compliance. Laura is supported by an experienced administration team who ensure that a high standard of customer service is provided and that all support material for the engineering and sales team is produced, maintained and presented efficiently to a high standard.
Paul Edwards
Engineering DirectorPaul is our dedicated Engineering Director heading our growing engineering division. His in depth engineering knowledge and sales experience cements the quality and customer service excellence of the company. Paul's mixed background of engineering and management allows him to look at the functionality of the company on a wider scale, making smart decisions from a business strategy perspective while fostering a productive, innovative engineering solution to the client.
Hugh McGee
Sales DirectorAppointed Sales Director in April 2018, Hugh brings over 20 years’ experience in the engineering industry. Responsible for the development of the sales strategy, growing the sales pipeline and maintaining a steady growth in all areas of the business including industry and water in order to meet targets. Leading the internal and external sales division Hugh manages a growing team in day to day operations. A dedicated sales professional Hugh builds operational effective relationships, delivering innovative solutions and assisting clients with all aspects of process optimisation and management.
